Dr. Suraj Nautiyal is an Indian author, youth motivator, and yoga reformer whose work bridges the worlds of literature, wellness, and social development. Raised in the disciplined environment of a traditional Gurukul from 2008 to 2015, he grew up with strong values, spiritual grounding, and a deep understanding of Indian culture.After completing his Gurukul education, he pursued a Diploma in Yoga, which shaped his path as a wellness advocate. His passion for youth development led him to join Galaxy Laniakea, where he worked on education, mental wellness, and personality-building programs.
With time, his leadership skills earned him the position of State President – Student Olympic Association, where he guided large youth communities, organized state-level programs, and promoted discipline, creativity, and sportsmanship among students.Driven by a vision to bring yoga to every household, he founded and contributed to major national wellness initiatives like the Bharat Yoga Olympi, Older Than Younger Movement, and the Yoga Social Security Card—projects designed to connect India through health, unity, and awareness.
As an author, he published his first book, “The Lost of Girl,” and continues to write with purpose. With 15 more books coming soon, he is emerging as a strong literary voice for youth and society. His dedication to social impact, writing, and education earned him national honors including the Bharat Bhushan Award, the Top 100 Prime Author Award, and an Honorary Doctorate from South America.
Today, Dr. Suraj Nautiyal stands as a youth icon who inspires, leads, and guides with clarity, compassion, and courage.
